The wagon tippler is a large mechanical equipment for railway wagon tippling. China introduced the equipment, mainly M2 tippler, from former Soviet Union in the 1950s for coal and Iron ore in steel plants and power plant. Later we designed our own rotor wagon tippler of KFJ, FZ type, etc as well as the side wagon tippler. Generally, the wagon is pulled or pushed into the tippler by the auxiliary equipment. And then the tippler rotates for about 170 degrees to set the bulk material into the big hopper under the mechanism. Then the material is sent to the stock yard or cargo through land belt conveyor under the hopper. Currently, the auxiliary equipment is composed of wagon pusher, wagon puller, wheel clamper, back stop, traction wagon stand, etc.
